We would like to send out a big thanks to Joel for being willing to donate his time and be our guest speaker at the meeting. We got an overview on the Paleo Diet and learned how it can be beneficial to athletes. He was also able to give us some insight and great tips on how to incorporate the Paleo Diet into our lives.
