For those of us racing Sunday in Ventura we had an abrieviated version of Tuesday's tarck workout. Instead of 12 x 400 we could do 6 or 8. I did 6!!
Track last night...
12 x 400 at faster than 5k pace w/ 45 sec rest in between.
Group 400s into 4s...descending speed each 400. Take 2 min rest after each group of 4!
