Everything we do in training, and then racing, is based on a set of beliefs that we learned, trusted, and accepted. This could be from trial and error, the wise words of a coach, a know-it all fellow athlete, or the "always" true online blog.
Are they, in fact, "truths" or "myths"? Find out what our coaches or "Mythbusters" have to say about everything from nutrition, recovery, and beer at this Thursday'smeeting.
