Remember track has changed to City College but will still be happening Tuesday nights. Kyle has sent me the workout so you know what to look forward to.

Workout:

4x2000, laps 1,2,4 @ 10K pace, laps 3,5 @ 5K pace

I'm feeling a little beat up from putting on quite a few miles the last two days... as I'm sure Zac is too, but we'll be there none the less.  Hope to see you all at 6:15 at the City College Track.

So the good news is you can pick on Kyle tonight for a change. I won't be there but will definately be thinking about you all.
