Comments and suggestions are right on the videos. The number one most common issue was crossing over on the catch. That means that when your hands enter the water, your elbows are probably bent outward and your hands are too narrow and reaching too far forward.
The fix is a high elbow with forearm and hand dangling down, catch closer to your head but stay wide then spear the hand directly down and forward on the rails. Study this video of a perfect TI swimmer and compare your video to this.
