CHAMPIONSHIP:SWIM 500M - BIKE 23.34K - RUN 5K (BIKE 2 LAPS OVER THE DAM)
TRI EXPRESS:SWIM 300M - BIKE 12.07 K - RUN 5K (BIKE 1 LAP OVER THE DAM)
The Parent & Child Team Distances are the same as the Tri Express Distances.
The So Cal Youth Tri Series Distances Ages (11 to 14) does the same as the Tri Express
The So Cal youth Tri Series Distance Ages (7 to 10) Swim 150M - Bike 12.07K - Run 3.24K
(BIKE1 Lap over the Dam)
 
Dr. Geoff Gray, DPT will be conducting a Running Form Clinic for our club! He will be covering important drills to improve form, performance, injury prevention, and will instruct on correct running technique to improve efficiency. We'll get to then put it into practice with a light track workout! Excellent clinic for every triathlete. It's Free, but invaluable!! DON'T MISS OUT!!
