Tour de Palm Springs is a CVSPIN-sponsored event designed to raise money for nonprofit organizations in the Coachella Valley.  Each year the organizers hope to support more than 150 local charities with money raised.

Palm Springs" famous weather, gorgeous mountain scenery and thousands of bike riders, make the Tour de Palm Springs a fundraising event like no other!

April Tri Club Meeting - Training Plan Fundamentals - Back to Basics

Where do I start? How can I track progress?

Club Sponsor, Matt Trost, 2012 Triathlete of the Year, will break down what a season training plan looks like.

At a time where many of us are breaking through to the next phase of training, the old adage of "mind over matter" often oozes out of the cerebral, pleading for a larger intake of air, and ready to exit sweat pores to cool us down, indicating that we need to  take it easy. Right? But base is behind us and some harder workouts are upon us? Lucky for us, the prolific UCSB Coach Mateo Mercur has done quite a bit of research while finishing his thesis and is stoked to share his findings with us on the topic of Mental Toughness!

Elite's got a new place in town inside the Lab.  Elite owner and loyal SBTri Club Sponsor, Mike Swan has opened his doors at the new "state of the art" facility for our June Meeting! If you've been in the cryo booth, you already know that the Lab is physically located right behind Hazard's and SB Running. Access to the Lab is the next street over on Gray. There are rumors that some sweet giveaways will be issued to some very lucky club members. As a registered member, you're entitled to a raffle ticket. Make sure you get one on the way in!

Food will be ready at 6:30pm. Meeting starts at 7:15.

Inviting all SB Tri Club members and their adored partners to our most illustrious event of the year at the darling and dress up, Pretty Kitty.... The Wild Cat!

This is our end of the year party. Will have dinner, drinks, and a full awards ceremony before the dancing extravaganza begins!

They will be rolling out the red carpet for us on Friday Nov 14th. at 6:30PM. So, get dressed up, bring your dancing shoes and leave the little ones at home. This promosses to be an extraordinary event so don't miss a moment!
