Sprint Triathlon (1/4 mile swim, 11 mile bike, 2.5 mile run)
Long Course Triathlon (1 mile swim, 22 mile bike, 5 mile run)
Duathlon (2.5 mile run, 22 mile bike, 2.5 mile run)
AquaBike (1 mile swim, 22 mile bike)
– Medals will be issued to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in all age groups (5 year increments) for each event.
– Overall placement awards will be issued to the top 3 overall men and women.
– All participants will receive a commemorative Goleta Beach Triathlon T-shirt with their registration!
– Relay Teams welcome for Long Course Triathlon, Duathlon, and AquaBike. Must use Relay mail-in form located on our
Registration page.

Reef and Run is the premiere weekly ocean swim race series on the South Coast.
The events start every Thursday at 6:30pm (registration opens at 5:30pm), at East Beach.
We offer three swim race lengths: 500m, 1000m (1k,) and 1-mile. Individual races cost $15 each. On occasion, we also hold we also hold a biathlon, 1k swim and ~3k beach run. After the race we provide hot showers, live music, and a great atmosphere for athletes and families!
Reef and Run is committed to supporting the next generation of ocean-loving swimmers through our support of the Santa Barbara Junior Lifeguards program. In the Spring of 2014, Reef and Run was honored by the City of Santa Barbara for our support of the Junior Lifeguards Program.
