The Tuesday Night Running Workout for next Tuesday, August 2, will be “off-track”, meeting at Leadbetter Beach at 6:15 (ready to run, already warmed up), at the west end, a.k.a. the Nite Moves transition. We will be doing interval repeats up the hill and down in preparation for the SB Long Course triathlon 10 mile run, which hopefully everyone has been training on. Everyone is welcome to come out and join the fun, to help boost your training and build your confidence in preparation for race day. Bring a watch or your HRM, I hope to see you there! Fred

Sandy and Elke have more than earned their spots to Kona and we've been itching to celebrate their huge accomplishments this year. Come join us for dinner and a bit about their journey. Dinner and drinks served. Francisco will be cooking up an amazing dinner for us so don’t miss out. Enjoy a few drinks and have a good time! This is one of our favorite events of the year!

Dr. Geoff Gray, DPT will be conducting a Running Form Clinic for our club! He will be covering important drills to improve form, performance, injury prevention, and will instruct on correct running technique to improve efficiency. We'll get to then put it into practice with a light track workout! Excellent clinic for every triathlete. It's Free, but invaluable!! DON'T MISS OUT!!
